Thanksgiving, 2012

I wrote this last night, but when I went to upload pictures I was out of storage space. I had to purchase more so I wasn't able to post this until today!

Happy Thanksgiving! I have LOTS to be thankful for today. Thanksgiving has never been my favorite holiday, but as I have gotten older I have grown to like it a little more. It's definitely a day where I reflect on the many things I have to be thankful for. 

This year we headed to Adam's uncle's house in Huntingburg for lunch with his family. It was nice to see everyone. There is almost always a new baby at each holiday it seems like. Today we got to meet Blake, which is Adam's cousin Erin's baby. He is so precious. I don't think I heard a peep out of him the whole time. This Christmas there should be another new baby, and two more coming in 2013. Maybe I should be drinking the water they are drinking!? ;) 

Ella had a lot of fun playing in the attic. They have the neatest attic. There is even a swing up there. She also had fun playing outside with the other kids. 

Adam's sister, Lacey, has lost almost 90 pounds. She looks awesome!!

 Later in the evening we went over to my mom and dad's. They picked up my grandpa from the nursing home, and I wanted to see him. He is getting old, and you just never know when it will be someone's last holiday. 

I am thankful for so many things this year. I am always most thankful for Ella. I am so lucky to have such a happy, healthy little girl. She makes my life complete. :)

Disney Live

I am a tad bit behind lately so I am going to try to get caught up soon! Life is just busy, and my poor blog takes a back seat. 

This past weekend Ella and I went to Disney Live. I decided to take her on a whim, and unfortunately Adam had a prior commitment and couldn't go. Ella and I had a fun time. We had really good seats, and Ella was so good during the entire show. I love to see her have fun. She danced, sang, and had a grand ol' time!

Halloween 2012

We had a fun Halloween ,but I got a nasty cold the day after so I am a little slow to get my pictures on here. 

We did things a little differently this year. Instead of trick or treating around the neighborhood we went to Autumfest at  our church, CFC. It was really cold so it was nice to be indoors where we could stay warm. My mom was able to take off work, and Penny and Autumn came too. It was nice to have them there, because Adam had to work late. 

Ella looked so cute in her costume. I'm already wondering what she will be next year. Hopefully not Thomas;) 

 The little kids games were set up in the gym. Ella really enjoyed the games. She won plenty of candy and fun treats like bouncy balls and glow sticks. 

There was lots of good food and sweets. We were starving.  Autumn chowed down on the cotton candy. I think she would have eaten the whole thing if Penny would have let her. :) I can't say I blame her. I love cotton candy too!
